HOW EMBODIED INTENTIONAL CHANGE COACHING WORKS:

This holistic, mind/body/spirit-based approach to life coaching is designed to assist each person to connect to their Authentic Wise-Spirit-Self and become aware of how their Conditioned Self keeps acting on beliefs/habits/unconscious limiting thoughts that are keeping them stuck in old patterns while simultaneously exploring how their patterns of moving and 'be-ing' in their body can foster and facilitate change. 

In each session Catherine Siri Sat calls upon her skills as a Somatic Movement Therapist, Empath and Holistic Life Coach to gently look at how family dynamics, cultural expectations and unprocessed emotions from both adult life and childhood situations are affecting your ability to feel fully empowered and alive. 

With a goal of identifying and releasing unsupportive core patterns from your mind, emotional field and physical body, Catherine Siri Sat will assist you to gently address your unresolved pain and self-limiting fears with a focus on creating your own, unique Embodied Change Toolkit.

She will "hold the space" for you to create a new pathway of connecting with your Authentic, Wise Self and your physical body to receive guidance and support from within, allowing Self-Love and compassion to grow and flourish. 

In addition to the verbal psycho-emotional processing, Embodied Intentional Change Coaching includes Soma-Healing techniques that foster body awareness and Conscious Embodiment acknowledging and reinforcing that we are each a Spirit having a Human Experience and that our physical body is not only our perceptual vehicle but our Sacred Temple.

CHANGE IS OFTEN UNCOMFORTABLE. Remember - with every transition we make we may a experience a sense of grief for leaving behind the old ways we used to support ourselves and fear about moving into a new way of showing up for ourselves. BUT, embracing discomfort can be a great catalyst for letting go and moving forward.

It is important to acknowledge and process any grief we experience. And it is important to identify where fear is showing up in our minds and bodies.

Just as a caterpillar has to put some effort in to shed its cocoon before it can spread its wings fly, each of us has to go through our own unique process of shedding what no longer supports us so we can align with our heart's true inner knowing and be who we came here to be.
